Mold is the only thing we do
Naples is humid for much of the year, and most of its rain falls in summer. We work on one problem in Collier County homes: mold, and the water behind it.
How a job starts
We find the cause before we start
A job starts with finding out where the moisture is. Wiping mold off a wall without fixing the water behind it only buys a few weeks.
Once the cause is clear, we contain the work area, remove what can't be cleaned, clean what can, and leave the space dry. You get photos and notes on what we found and what we did.
We'll also say when you don't need us. A few spots on a shower ceiling are usually something you can handle yourself.
